Most of Alina's clients have already tried multiple diets, multiple practitioners, and multiple supplements before they find her. That history is actually useful — it helps narrow down what the pattern isn't, which makes the investigation more targeted. "Tried everything" usually means tried everything that was suggested, not everything that exists. Root-cause functional work looks at things most approaches never check.
